Order Processing
Here at The Quilter's Shed we're crafters too. We know that once you have chosen a project you are itching to get started and we will endeavour to process your order as quickly as possible.
Once we have received your order we will email you with confirmation that it has been received. Upon receiving your payment, we will endeavour to post your order straight away, usually within 2-3 working days and email you confirming that your order has been sent.
If the item is not in stock, we will email you to notify you of this, with the option of cancelling the order. We are usually able to obtain ordered stock within 10 working days.

Postage and Handling
All of our orders are sent by Standard NZ Post unless otherwise requested. New Zealand customers can usually expect their order within 3-4 working days of posting.

Payments
All of our online shopping payments are processed through Paypal, a secure online payment centre which is able to accept payment by Visa, Mastercard and Paypal. We don't receive or store your credit card details.
We are happy to accept payment by a NZ cheque or direct credit. Please contact us and we will provide you with our postal/bank account details.
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Any contact details provided will be used for the purpose of processing your order only. They will not be not shared or sold to a Third party. We occasionally send out newsletters alerting customers to new products or other news. If you don't wish to receive these you are able to unsubscribe at any time.
Returns Policy
We are sure that you'll love our products as we endeavour to secure quality products that we know you'll love. In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your purchase, please return it in it's original condition within 30 days of purchase. A refund will be provided for the price of the product or exchange it for a product of the same value.
